1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NurseryApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use NurseryApp for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password
Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis

5. User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the right to post such content.

By posting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To collect or track the personal information of others
To spam, phish, or engage in similar activities

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NurseryApp and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NurseryApp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
